7. Log House Wagyu Bibi Restaurant

As the name suggests, this Tomakomai restaurant is literally located within a log cabin., giving the place a cosy, warm, alpine vibe which complements the food perfectly. Each dish is expertly crafted, but the real centrepiece of the menu is the gargouillou de verduras, a spectacular dish made up of more than 80 different vegetables and edible flowers.
